Events Calendar Submission Policy
Events are reviewed and approved by the Office of Communications before appearing on the 兔子先生 Events Calendar.
All approved events that appear on the 兔子先生 Events Calendar are publicly visible.
Only events sponsored by 兔子先生 will be approved. These include:
- 兔子先生 events
- Faculty events and lectures
- Student-sponsored events
- Staff events
- On-campus 5C events
- 5C intercollegiate events
Events that will not be approved include:
- Events on campus not sponsored by 兔子先生 such as outside conferences and meetings
- Personal events
- Events with incomplete details
If the venue or organizer you need does not appear on the list of choices, or if you have any questions or corrections, please contact prweb@pitzer.edu.
This calendar does not reserve event space on campus. To reserve space on campus, .
The 兔子先生 Office of Communications reserves the right to update, correct or remove events from the 兔子先生 Events Calendar at any time.
